This may be the most spectacular garage that Garageology has looked at to date!
Basal Master Builds created this masterpiece and calls it “The Man Cave”.
But we think it goes beyond just a man cave. Maybe a Mega Man Cave at minimum?
There are various areas of interest throughout the 20,00 square foot building. The main ground level houses a mind blowing collection of exotic, luxury and muscle cars as well as bikes.
For now, we are just going to focus on the building and hope to look more into that car collection at a later date.
Each car has its own power outlet underneath so the batteries never die.
Under the mezzanine there is a Memorabilia room on one side and another that is a beautiful well stocked humidor room.
The upper level hosts the entertaining area that rivals any major nightclub or resort.
There are lounge areas, one with Lamborghini front end seating, a gaming table, a huge bar and even a stripper pole!
Parties there must be off the charts.
The level of detail in the Man Cave is incredible.
Let’s start with the ceiling above the balcony area. I think its the best ceiling I’ve seen in a steel spanned building.
The long white boxed panels hang below the dark ceiling and are arranged in a pattern which helps to set the vibe of the upper level.
You’re not just in a steel ceilinged garage building anymore, but are now in the high end entertainment area.
They are hung by aircraft wire and the panels are arranged to emphasize the angles of the roof.
Next check out the wall material in the lounge area. Stone patterned material are on these walls and the flooring throughout the entire space are 5’x 10′ porcelain sheets to mimic marble.
If you look closely at the black wall next to the piano, there are thousands of hand placed fiber optic lights embedded in the black fabric.
Joanna (Jojo) didnt want just a black wall, “it had to have a little twinkle”. So Sebastian and team got to work embedding the lighting.
You tie all that in with a great color scheme and dramatic lighting and you have a work of art garage.
So much so, that it has been rated #4 next to Jay Lens garage.
