Drag racing Legend “Big Daddy” Don Garlits has a million stories from his illustrious career. This impromptu discussion, second from the series, came while at Bruce Larson’s Dragfest in 2016.
The discussion started when a fan handed Don an old Drag Racing News from 1959 which featured his Swamp Rat 1 Dragster. Don immediately had several stories about the car.
Always fun to hear what the Legends of Racing did back in the day.
